Quick story:

Bought as a white stocker for $400 back in 1995

Quick rebuild with L20 and twin Webers

Full bare metal rebuild started 1997-98. Had a SSS fitting kit and EMS Dual Sport

Re-registered and engineered in early 2001

Now has a Maddat fiting kit

Rebuilt motor after it "popped" at Wakefield

Upgraded the turbo 3 times - T28, GT2535, now GT3076R

Engine

Nissan SR20DET – red rocker from S13

- Aria forged pistons

- Eagle conrods

- Tomei cam gears and stage 1 cams

- Greedy valve springs

- Trust rocker stoppers

- New Nissan rockers

- ARP head bolts

- Light head porting

Standard 5 speed with short shift

5 puck brass button sprang centre clutch and rebuilt pressure plate

Garrett GT3076R on custom steam pipe high mount manifold

Turbosmart 45mm external wastegate

Autronic SM4

Autronic CDI with 4 Bosch coils

Custom fuel rail with 800cc top mount injectors

Malpassi rising fuel pressure regulator with gauge

Plasmaman Intercooler – pre cheap Chinese copies

N13 Import radiator with 2 x 10" thermo fan

3" stainless steel exhaust with a 3" Magnaflow cat and rear muffler

Drive Line

Nissan DR30 R200 3.9 diff with custom CV joints

Hi-Torque 3in tailshalf

Modified 1600 crossmember with modified 240k A arms

Brakes

Front

Nissan 200sx 4-spot callipers

DBA 280mm cross drilled slotted and vented discs

Bendix Metal king pads

180B brake booster with 7/8 master cylinder

Nissan R31 callipers

260mm slotted solid discs

getting it done this weekend

You got that right and now i will have full use of the tyres too.

gun - NV1600 was very nice and HER 16 is very nice

Alicia - thanks, those photo where when it was pretty new and had matching paint, now not so hot

i remember when this car was featured in fast fours i bought like 3 copies so i could cut and paste them on my garage wall when i building FIVETEN

still looking good and i'm glad you still have the same interest as you did when you purchased it all them years ago

its rated at 350hp which is 261kw at the flywheel...so the turbo is maxed out

wow....my car had some aspiration/moviation for FIVETEN

Just to return the compliment, me and a mate spend about 30min admirer your car (or trying to because of the crowd) at Summernat the year it was unvailed.
